Centre for Family Research

I am currently working on a project led by Professor Claire Hughes which looks at the links between well-being, social-cognitive ability, and academic success in Hong Kong children. Prior to this, I was working on a project related to developing AI-assisted chatbots and internet-based low-intensity CBT services for working adults.

As a psychology graduate, I envision a society nurturing individuals to recognize and actualize the true beauty of the self and the collective and promoting wellbeing for all. My undergraduate training specializing in Low-Intensity CBT Interventions, in addition to vocational training in Youth Work in Australia, set the foundation for my pursuit towards community mental health where families and schools play a pivotal role in fostering it.
