The Centre for Family Research runs a Seminar Series. These seminars enable researchers to share findings with colleagues, students, academics from related areas and those with shared research interests. From October 2009, one seminar each term will focus on bioethics and families. In addition, the Centre plays host to the Socio-Legal Group, an interdisciplinary discussion group concerned with promoting debate on topical socio-legal issues.
